Yes, it is a thin C++ wrapper of a C library. As for more features, I have none planned at the time so it all depends on the amount of volunteers willing to contribute.

POCO itself sounds interesting too. It&#039;s a good idea - C++ has been somewhat lacking in standardized cross-platform libraries for networking (unlike Java). Good to know about it. I shall check it out at some point ...
