Some things I really wanted in (unicode, configurable internal containers, DateTime/Timestamp bindings, etc) did not make this release due to lack of the most precious resource of all - time. Since 1.3.1 is already on the horizon, we'll do our best to squeeze in any significant features that did not make it in 1.3. For those most impatient, Data is in SVN trunk already. Looks like we are looking into Tuesday, May 15th for Data addition to 1.3.
