The Sandbox is Now Open
I have created a sandbox directory in the SVN repository for POCO.
Currently, two libraries live it in, both contributions by Alex: Web and IO.

A couple of comments:
I have updated IO with my most recent code incorporated into your changes. Serial is currently windows only and there is no hardware flow control option.
Web is really rudimentary SOAP beginning and at this time not useful yet.
