Documentation: where is the starter tutorials/wiki pages

Postby robinhook » 17 Sep 2010, 05:30

Months ago, I started coding with poco for fun. Now I plan to do some serious projects with it. But now I fail to find those wiki/doc pages giving tutorials on how to write a poco app makefile with Linux/Windows or even cross-compilation projects. But the rest, such as coding style and library ref are still there, although changed a bit in web presentation style.

Where are those tutorial docs? I want to train my software programmers/engineers with some basics, but if without those docs, I also lost track all the relevant know-hows.

The old Wiki is still there, although no longer actively maintained and under a different url: pocoproject.org/_wiki to hide it from spam bots.

Introductory documentation is now provided in the form of slides on the documentaion page. These slides, and the reference documentation will be extended in the coming months to also contain the relevant parts from the Wiki.
