Program Update/Configs - Can poco be the one?

Hi,
I need o include in my app update check and download (which will update DLLs in App). Also i need to store configurations for my program. I can use wxWidgets XML stuff but i wanted to know if there is any helper in POCO stuffs.

POCO has a configuration class (in Util) and a networking sub-library (Net package).

If you want to use XML configuration files, Poco::Util::XMLConfiguration will do the job. It supports a XPath-like syntax for accessing element and attribute values.
For downloading files with HTTP, you can use the Poco::Net::HTTPClientSession class or the Poco::URIStreamOpener class (with the Poco::Net::HTTPStreamFactory).
