Option binding is spotty or just doesn't work?

Hi folks,

I need to understand what the hard and fast rules are to reliably using the .binding method of an option. I haven't changed any part of the app that deals with options or the app config (I'm using Poco::Util::ServerApplication), and then out of nowhere (afaics) none of my command line options were being propagated to the config. It's baffling and frustrating to say the least. Any ideas what could have happened?

*sigh* ok, no sooner asked than worked out.

What happened was that I *did* change something in the options processing but just forgot (it's been a couple of weeks since I've been working on this application). I renamed an option callback to "handleOption" which stuffed the parent implementation, hence nothing was being handled automatically at that point.
