vncserver - c++ libs

I am working on new project for vncserver, I am looking for cross platform c++ libs for real time screen capture and mouse/keyboard control.

Can I use poco for this mission?

You can use POCO for whatever you wish. FWIW, I have no experience with VNC but, rather than reinventing the wheel, you may consider wrapping LibVNCServer.
