Problem compiling project with /MD

Postby mbue » 07 Jun 2013, 14:08

Hello,

I've compiled the POCO CE-Project files (Visual Studio) with target static_debug_md. The /MD compiler flag is set in these projects.
My smart device project using these POCO libs (PocoFoundationmdd.lib, PocoNetmdd.lib) is also compiled with /MD flag.

However, I get the following error on compilation:

_CrtDbgReportW already defined in LBCMTD.lib (dbgrpt.obj).

What could be wrong about this setup?
As additional linker dependencies, I also link winsock.lib and ws2.lib.

Any ideas? Thank you in advance...

Oh, my bad... I don't mean /MD flag, it's rather /MTd. Thank you.

If you compile your application with /MTd, you'll need to build and use POCO's static_debug_mt build configuration.
