[RESOLVED] Problem with Net::IPAddress::parse()

Postby aderouineau » 30 Jun 2009, 22:22

It seems to be seeing any IPv6 address as invalid.

I have not checked tryParse(), but it could have that problem as well...

Have you built the Net library with IPv6 support enabled? IPv6 support is disabled as default on all platforms except Mac OS X. To enable IPv6 support, compile the Net library with -DPOCO_HAVE_IPv6

Ah I didn't know...

It seems there's quite a lack of documentation for all the default options. It's too bad that the community is so small; it's such a great framework ^^
