General discussion regarding the development of POCO for contributors.

As a former poco contributor and someone who hopes to make some more contributions over the coming year, I have come back to poco after some time away. In the meantime Poco has moved to GitHub. I am still very new to git but I am pleased about the move and anticipate that any contribution I make will be done by using the hosting on GitHub. However, I need some guidance please.

Looking at the GutHub page at https://github.com/pocoproject I see Poco and sandbox. I am not sure which to use. Is it Poco for bug fixes and sandbox for new code?

sandbox is for playing, poco is for contributions to development, either bugfixes or new code that one would like to see in a release. We try to stick to this development model:
