It would be nice for some of our applications if we could use GnuTLS instead of OpenSSL with Poco.
GnuTLS apparently has an API to support OpenSSL calls (which I have not tried) so it sounds like it might be possible for Poco to use it.
Are there any plans to support GnuTLS?
If not, would it be a resonable task to modify an existing Poco distribution to use GnuTLS or is the code tightly bound to OpenSSL?
