unix domain sockets / named pipes

It would be nice to add both server and client functionality of unix domain sockets (AF_UNIX) on POSIX systems and named pipes on windows. They could probably share common interface and fit nicely into Poco::Net infrastructure.

I've found such features in other opensource project: ptypes (zlib/libpng license)
