HTTPS support

I would like to know if Poco includes a support for HTTPS (if not, what's the best way you think to implement it ?). I didn't find anything about it.

Net_SSL library does exist - it was turned proprietary after the switch to Boost license. AppInf folks will be able to give you more details on licensing.
