Poco, OpenSSL and WinSock

In the current version of OpenSSL, the file ssl/dtls1.h contains this line :

/* Needed for struct timeval */
#include <winsock.h>


This will prevent you from building NetSSL_OpenSSL (winsock inclusion order). Replace with winsock2.h

Thanks for this hint - I can supply some additional info

In this case "current version" is 0.9.8m - the prior release (0.9.8l) appears to work.

(I had different behavior on 2008R2 and Windows 7 - thanks to the hint I realized that I had 0.9.8l on the good one and 0.9.8m on the broken one)
