Poco XML how to support Chinese(gb2312) encoding?

The xml file encoding like this cannot be parsed, how can i resolve this?

or like tinyxml, just ignore encoding, so we can handle ANSI text...

You'll have to implement an encoding class handling the gb2312 encoding. For an example of how to implement an encoding class, see Poco::UTF8Encoding, Poco::Latin1Encoding, etc. in the Foundation library.
Once you have implemented your encoding class, you have to register it with the XML parser (SAXParser::addEncoding()).
