License question

I do not very well understand The Boost Software License 1.0.

I am doing an open source library that use open source Poco components (Foundation and Net).

I am planing to release my library under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0.

First: Am I allowed at all to release under LGPL such a library that depend on Poco?

Second: Do the users of my library will be allowed to use it in commercial applications?

From the standpoint of the Boost license there should not be any issues. You can mix it with your LGPL'd code and there are no restrictions regarding commercial use. Don't know how LGPL stands here, though, but I don't expect an y issues.
