Building on solaris

Hi,

I'm currently trying to build poco-1.4.2p1 on Solaris. After I have run ./configure I get the message:

"Configured to SunOS"

Then I hit 'make -s' but get this error:

make: Fatal error in reader: Makefile, line 8: Unexpected end of line seen.

Has anyone seen this before? Google suggests something wrong with the Makefile but I build the same thing on my Mac without issue

Seems to have been solved by using gmake
