c++11 or c++0x

Postby killerbot » 12 Nov 2012, 23:17

I think since 1.4.4 (and also 1.5.0) poco can no longer be build with the new standard active.
1.4.3 could still be build with the option -std=gnu++0x (so not -std=c+=0x !!!), but now this also fails.
Any idea, when this might get fixed, since we would like to upgrade our poco.

many thanks

I have built Poco 1.4.3 and 1.4.4 using GCC 4.7.1 with -std=c++0x on Solaris 11

A bug report with detailed description or (better) a patch or (best) a Github fork with the fix can go a long way to speed up things. For bugs and patches, we are still using SF tracker but intend to move that functionality to Github soon.
