CppUnit WinTestRunner failure on poco 1.5.1

I only got one error but even one error is one too many

I got Poco::FileNotFoundException in CppUnit::TestCaller<SharedMemoryTest>::testCreateFromFile

I know 1.5.1 is not production ready yet but I think it best to report this error. I don't think anyone else has yet.
