Poco::Net::NTPClient problem

I'm testing the poco ntp component to get date and time from ntp server.
During the test the component returns the same value for more than 20 seconds!!

Poco::DateTimeFormatter::format(args.packet().referenceTime(), Poco::DateTimeFormat::SORTABLE_FORMAT

Is someone using this component?

if (!Request.hasCredentials()) {
Response.requireAuthentication("Poco::Net::HTTPServer");
Response.setContentLength(0);
Response.send();
return;
} else {

Hi developers.
I'm using Poco::Net::HTTPServer in my application. Can someone show me an example on how to require the base64 authentication?

Kind regards.
