Poco's SQLite Performence in Win32 and Linux

I use Poco to operater SQLite database,when same code,same data,but insert same data in win32(XP) costs about 15ms ,in Linux 64bit (RHEL4.6) costs about 60ms.
the hardware Linux is much better than win32(XP).

the code use session like :

session << strQuery ,use(*pDepthMarketData),now;

I can't find mempool relative source in POCO,I only can find cache relative .

Dose Poco::Logging Surport config file ,Like Log4j,Log4cxx,Log4cpp dose.
if it dosn't support official config file,the users(us) must implement it ourselves.
