Thread::sleep() in Poco 1.3.5

Hello, I updated to Poco 1.3.5, but now I get an exception while using Thread::sleep(1): Poco::SystemException("Thread::sleep(): select() failed") I know from the changelog, that some work was done on Thread::sleep(). My environment is a AT91SAM9263 using an armv5l cross compiler. Best reg...

Logging setup in properties file

Hi, I probably do not fully understand how to use properties files to setup logging as I want it. I would like to have a properties file, so that logging of my application goes to a ConsoleChannel and a FileChannel in parallel. An example of such a properties file would be very helpful. Thanks a lot...

Re: Re: Re: Restrict EchoServer sample to single connection

The thing I want to achieve is: The server must not accept a new connection as long as it serves the one and only connection from a connected client. It must not matter, from where the client connection originates. The server must refuse any new connection, if one client is connected. As written, I ...

Restrict EchoServer sample to single connection

Hi,

I'm trying to modify the EchoServer example in a way, that only one client is allowed to connect to the server. If the server has a single connection, no other connect should be possible, it must be denied.
Any help in how to accomplish this?

Thanks!

Hans
