Re: Bind TCP client socket (multi-interface)

Poco does not have it because nobody ever needed it or asked for it. If you need it, send a pull request and we will consider it.

Re: Bind TCP client socket (multi-interface)

Why would you want to bind a client socket to a specific interface? Routing determines to which interface the traffic will go.

Re: TimeHandler.cpp - No such file or directory

you have to generate those files with PageCompiler. Pre-generated files have been added back in development branch for the next releases.

You have to build dependencies - Foundation, Data and DataSQLite libraries.

Re: XCode unable to compile Poco project, undefined symbols

I'm not familiar with Xcode, but this builds fine on mac with clang - a project that has the same dependencies (Foundation, Net, Util): clang++ -bind_at_load -arch x86_64 -stdlib=libc++ --DPOCO_TARGET_OSNAME=Darwin -DPOCO_TARGET_OSARCH=x86_64 -DPOCO_HAVE_IPv6 -DPOCO_NO_STAT64 -o /Users/alex/poco/Net...

Re: XCode unable to compile Poco project, undefined symbols

try to reorder the libraries:

Code: Select all

-lPocoUtil -lPocoXML -lPocoJSON -lPocoNet -lPocoFoundation

Re: Adding query params doesn't seem to make any difference

your problem likely has to do with github api requirements. print out uri.toString() and see if you can get what you are looking for using curl or browser. In particular, if curl works, try "curl -v" to see what headers are sent, you may have to set the user-agent header.
