As a former poco contributor and someone who hopes to make some more contributions over the coming year, I have come back to poco after some time away. In the meantime Poco has moved to GitHub. I am still very new to git but I am pleased about the move and anticipate that any contribution I make will be done by using the hosting on GitHub. However, I need some guidance please.

Looking at the GutHub page at https://github.com/pocoproject
I see Poco and sandbox. I am not sure which to use. Is it Poco for bug fixes and sandbox for new code?
