POCO C++ Libraries Patch Releases 1.12.5p1 and 1.11.8p1 Available

These patch releases fix a backwards compatibility issue in Poco::FileInputStream and Poco::FileOutputStream that was introduced in 1.12.5 and 1.11.8. Upgrading from 1.12.5 and 1.11.8 is recommended.
